To order items from Cuppy Cake Couture, please send me an email to CuppyCakeCouture@yahoo.com with this order form. If you have any questions, you can email me on MySpace or at my yahoo email. I accept PayPal (PREFERRED METHOD) or money orders. All items will not be processed or shipped until payment has cleared. I will post shipping info when it is shipped. I use www.usps.com and an electronic scale in order to give you the most accurate shipping amount. If you would insurance, please say so in your order form. Also, if you would like a tracking #, please notate that as well. Thanks! **If you do not insure your items and it is lost/stolen/damaged, it is not the responsibility of me (Emily) or Cuppy Cake Couture Boutique once it leaves my house. **Disclaimer: Bow Holders & Nursery Letters may contain small parts. Please do not all your children to play with these items as it may pose a choking hazard. Also, some of my dresses (especially the Pillow Case Dresses) are made with an elastic neck. I do not use ribbon on any of my Pillow Case Dresses as it could pose a choking hazard. Please do not allow your children to play with the ribbons or put them in their mouth. I am not responsible for any items once they leave my hands.
